I love knowing that I can record any time my child has been sick, has a check-up at the doctors or dentist, and it even has a place to record milestones! It’s compact, which is good and bad…good, because I can throw it my diaper bag to take to the doctor’s office to record what he or she says; bad, because there are no pockets to hold the paperwork that’s provided at every visit. Overall, a nice medical record keeper.

I love this book. It is the perfect size to fit in your diaper bag and has everything you could think of to write down about your child’s health. It is well organized and is spiral bound, so the pages won’t fall out after years of use. It is wonderful, everyone should have one!

This book is small enough to fit in the diaper bag so that it actually makes it along to your child’s doctor visits! It also has enough space to write in the medical details from your doctor visits that you’ll likely need later on in your child’s school ‘career’.
This book doesn’t include most of the cutesy stuff in other baby’s first year books, that is what I was looking for, just the pertinent medical info.

I love the size and durability of this book. I wanted a place to keep all important medical information for future reference. This book definately provides that. Well child visits are thoroughly covered. However, sick visits documentation are very limitied. It contains a page to writed down how each birthday is celebrated. That’s a plus for me. Overall, I’m pleased with this book.
